  • No Problem my fishing friend...all the fish I have caught at bolton mostly hit of spinnerbaits chartreuse (Bomber, Booyah, Xcalibur)) or plastics ( Gary Yamamotos)
If your new, try going to cabelas or dicks, starting with a 6 to 7 foot Rod Medium Action Daiwa/Shimano/Ugly Stick. Spinning reels -Shimano, 6-10 lb and try using Fluorocarbon Berkely line 6-8 pound test...
My favorite bait at bolton are the yamamoto senkos or hula grubs - the 3,4,5 inch sizes- Green pumpkin and Black - use a small 1/8 ounce bullet or jighead for the deeper end...but if your hitting all shallows no weight is required...buy a size 2 hook for plastics Gamakatsu worm Hook, Offset Shank, EWG.
The fish will let you know the rest...Good Luck RailFan41!!!
