went out for 2 hours from about 2 in the afternoon till around 4 just to check the lake out. caught 2 small large mouth bass about 1 lb.or so.on the way back into the channel going back to the boat ramp.i caught another one close to 4lbs left the scale in the car so this is an estamate.

went out today just after the rain hooked a nice 4 lbs 2oz largemouth bass in the grass he pulled my kayak right into the rocks and heavy grass by the time i lipped it i also had 3lbs of grass.caught my second of the day on a ledge also in the grass a hog at 5lbs 4oz put up a nice fight in open water i lipped it snapped a fast picture wanted to get it wieghed put it on the scale got its wieght wanted to take a few more pictures went to take it off the scale it jumped next thing i know it was gone.so sorry for the lowsy picture.started to get windy and darkening so headed back caught a 2lbs on the way.nice morning.i will return.

6/19/2009 7 am.on a rainy morning went to the far back section of lake rohunta.put my kayak in got rigged up second cast bamm a nice 4lbs 11oz. largemouth bass fished that back section for another 2 hours nothing else so i loaded up went around the lake to the mid section spent another 2 hours fishing the weed beds caught 9 pickrel and 1 more bass about 1 1/2lbs had a good time on a day off.

my son and i went to a new place we know the pond was there but cound'nt find an access thanks to a freind now we can get into it .we started out about 7:00 am within 10 minutes i had a 3 lber. largemouth bass 20 minutes later a 2 1/2 lber then my son trevor caught a nice pickrel and a couple of perch then bam !!he says i got 1 a big one his pole is bent over his drag is going out he was using a minus 1 crankbait got it right to the boat yells it's a big one dad he reached down to lip it then it was gone the crankbait popped out of his mouth the fish was gone and my sons mouth was left hanging open with a story of the one that got away he said the fish was bigger than the 5lb 2oz i had caught just a couple weeks ago he had helped land that fish and swears his was bigger.and only to add salt to the wound i caught another 3 lber about 10 minutes after he lost his. not bad for a nice morning on a new pond.my son and i have this thing going.the one that caught the most and best fish of the day gets the bragging rights for the day.and teasing rights also.my only regret is no pictures the battery in my camera was dead and i did'nt know till it was to late.i was'nt going to post the trip without pictures but it was to nice a day not to.

took another trip up the road to little watatic had a blast i was there about 15minutes and caught a nice 4lbs 2oz largemouth bass.went around the point and caught 3 more about 2lbs to 2 1/2 lbs i don't weigh the little ones went into the river a little ways hooked a nice pickeral lost it at the boat. whent into the river a little more caught another large mouth a good 21/2lbs turn back into the pond caught another 3lbs 8oz all within about 21/2 hours again had a blast

spent a couple hours out fishing with my son took the 2 of us to land this fish it had me all tied up in a dead limb and weeds without his help untangling me from the limb while i kept the pressure on i don't know if i'd of gotten him.my digital scale came up with 5lbs. 1oz. but it sure looked bigger. we were so excited we never thought of measuring it until we released it. this is one of my sons favorite spots and i'm alway's telling him they only have little fish in there because we usually only catch 2 to 2.5 lbs i guess he knows better this time.

just got back from a nice afternoon of fishing no lunkers but had a blast in the stumps and mud bogs caught 7 bass most between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 the largest being 3 pounds also 1 pickeral

went to whitman res. for a couple hours today caught one. 3 1/2 pound large mouth bass. was a nice day to get out.

trip was taken on 8-31-08 at 4:30am. went fishing on hubbard pond in new hampshire. bass fishing with my son trevor.
